Ты имеещь ввиду матовые поликарбонатные трубки RGB у Viss (китай)?
Там не очень получится разрешение... Или у них еще что то интересное есть?

Нет у них есть гораздо интереснее решение. Вот на SMD чипе, также есть выше по яркости на трех светодиодах. То же самое что у BOCOM только дешевле, поэтому меня терзают смутнуе сомнения по поводу происхождения BOCOM:
